Construction and optional painting

Follow the Extreme Blast Mode booklet for the special wings, clear figures, effects and display stand. The kit combines PS, ABS and PE parts with PET wings and a PET beam shield. Use a correctly sized plus-head screwdriver for the stand's screw and nut, and trim any interfering plating only where the instructions direct.

The supplied color stickers, marking stickers and dry-transfer Gundam decals are different decoration types. Apply the dry transfers using the printed rubbing method. Bandai recommends water-based paint and advises against painting the ABS mechanical parts because paint can cause breakage.

The paint guide has ten mobile-suit recipes and eighteen figure recipes: seven for Shinn Asuka, six for Stella Loussier and five for Kira Yamato. It covers the small figures and the special clear display figures. Stella's purple suit blend includes Fluorescent Pink 30%. A separate panel-lining tip suggests a Gundam Marker or similar, sold separately, without specifying a color or product code.

The original recommends water-based paint and gives named ingredients without numerical H/C product codes. The water-based AK 3GEN store products below are optional approximate candidates, not manufacturer-specified paints or physically verified matches.

28 printed roles use 21 distinct named ingredients. 15 roles contain mixtures; 0 use separate paint layers. Original proportions describe the source paints. Ratios for these substitute pigments are unvalidated starting points: test and adjust a small dried sample. Unquantified additions remain unquantified. Keep undercoats and topcoats separate and let each layer dry.
