Welcome to Utopia, a small desert town so remote and lifeless that locals jokingly refer to it as "Nowhere." In Utopia, people are outnumbered by just about everything—cacti, tumbleweeds, even the empty spaces. But unbeknownst to the townsfolk, an ancient terror lies beneath their feet. Hidden for nearly a million years, a brood of colossal sand snakes, each as massive as a tractor-trailer, is stirring. Their million-year molting cycle is complete, and now they’re ready to rise, turning Utopia’s stillness into a nightmare of monstrous proportions.
