Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund to the original payment method. After 30 days, eligible unopened and unused products may be returned for store credit. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. If your purchase was made under your name, we can usually look it up in our system, so a receipt is not required.

Sealed trading card game products and consignment games are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are generally available for in store purchase only.
