Polar Lights POL998: Vehicle detailing paints are optional, but the included Penguin and Catwoman figures require paint and cyanoacrylate glue for PVC. All source figure colors are retained. Black with Glitter is represented by an approximate Rainbow Roll rainbow-sparkle effect plus the shared WATER-BASED ATOM black base. This is not a verified Catwoman-fabric match. Let the black base dry, then apply separate TurboShift layers and test adhesion/effect on a spare PVC piece; no mixture is invented. Do not thin TurboShift with X20A, Mr.Color thinner, alcohol or generic airbrush thinner. Use only maker-supported acrylic medium if needed. Keep solvent paints/clear coats away from TurboShift unless the maker-required isolating seal is used. Other Tamiya detailing paints are separate choices; do not use them as the assumed TurboShift base. Source Chevy Engine Red applies to the phone/extinguisher/antler tips, not an unprinted engine-color instruction. Source default: Bad Guy Getaway with fully painted Penguin and Catwoman; vehicle detailing optional. Original recommendations stay visible.
