Source limitations and material guidance
- This guide follows the first printed Blue Max scheme. The instructions provide four marking options; the manufacturer does not designate a default.
- E is used only by variant 1; G and H are used only by variant 3. Outboard weapon assemblies A–D and five loadout choices on pages 23–24 are optional. Those circled assembly letters are not paint keys.
- The instructions provide no paint mixture or ratio. Brand-column alternatives are choices for the same roles, not additional required paints.
