Forged in the heart of molten rock, Embers Dragons are easily identified by their ash-speckled scales, setting them apart from their draconic kin. Each Embers Dragon reigns over its own dominion: Inra, born from the seas by hydrothermal vents; Nali, emerging from flames within molten rock; Bacu, rising from explosive decaying flora; Sein, called forth by lightning in the skies; and Cazn, violently formed from the rifts of space and time.
Nali Dragons, known for their nomadic nature, have developed a unique and daring method of nesting. Instead of establishing a permanent lair, Nali dragons carry their eggs securely in their claws as they soar through the skies. Both parents take turns bearing this responsibility, allowing the other to hunt or engage in battle with rival dragons. Typically, the smaller of the two partners is seen carrying the mottled egg. This remarkable adaptation is put to the ultimate test when the time comes to hatch the egg—by submerging it in the molten rock raining down from an erupting volcano.
