Plan your moves carefully and gather the most nectar tokens to win! In Hummingbirds, players take turns claiming flowers that sit atop hidden sand timers, constantly weighing risk versus reward. Positioning is key as you maneuver for the best opportunities to check for nectar.

When you lift a flower, you reveal the sand timer beneath it—if the sand has fully run out, you earn a nectar token. Check too early, though, and you’ll lose one instead. Waiting longer can lead to bigger rewards, but poor timing can set you back.

The game ends as soon as all nectar tokens of a single color have been collected. At that point, players total their nectar values, and the highest score takes the win.
