The Emperor’s Children are vainglorious renegades, consumed by excess and enslaved to their own darkest cravings. Across the battlefields of the 41st Millennium, they pursue sensation through acts of breathtaking brutality. Restless and ever-seeking, they honour Slaanesh by crafting a vivid, extravagant spectacle of destruction wherever they tread.
This substantial boxed set is a perfect way to begin an Emperor’s Children force – or grow an existing one – for games of Warhammer 40,000, offering excellent value compared to purchasing the kits individually. Commanded by a towering Winged Daemon Prince of Slaanesh, the army is formed from elite power-armoured warriors. Ten Infractors and ten Tormentors form the core, ideal for seizing objectives and driving the assault into close quarters. Supporting them are two squads of Noise Marines, whose sonic weaponry can shatter both armour and sanity alike.
This box builds 33 multipart plastic Emperor’s Children miniatures:
– 1x Winged Daemon Prince of Slaanesh
– 12x Noise Marines
– 10x Infractors (alternatively built as Tormentors)
– 10x Tormentors (alternatively built as Infractors)
The miniatures offer extensive customisation options. The Daemon Prince can be posed with clawed or hooved legs atop either fractured rock or a mound of stones and skulls. Two torso styles are included – one ornate suit of armour suited to Warhammer Age of Sigmar, and one twisted imitation of power armour for the far future – with matching pauldrons and armoured forearms. Weapon choices include a hellforged sword, daemonic axe, or a pair of malefic talons, each with varied arm poses. From its back, you may choose wings, a grisly trophy rack, or a corrupted Heretic Astartes power pack. The kit also includes six head options themed around the Chaos Gods and Chaos Undivided, along with trophies, sigils, and tail variants for further personalisation.
Two Noise Marines can be assembled as optional Disharmonists, and up to four can carry optional blastmasters. The Disharmonists have three head choices each, while the Noise Marines feature interchangeable heads and shoulder pads – including 18 helmeted heads, 10 bare heads, 12 Emperor’s Children pads, and 24 standard pads.
The Infractors and Tormentors share the same frames, allowing you to build 20 of either type or split them evenly. Tormentors wield boltguns and close combat weapons, with two per squad able to take special weapons – the kit includes four meltaguns and four plasma guns. Alternatively, they can be built as Infractors, close-combat specialists armed with bolt pistols and duelling sabres. Each squad can be led by an Obsessionist, who has a choice of two loincloth designs and weapon options including a plasma pistol or bolt pistol, and either a rupture lash or power sword. A wide selection of interchangeable heads, shoulder pads, grenades, pouches, and combat stims ensures your squads can be personalised in numerous ways.
Also included are four Emperor’s Children Transfer Sheets, each with 150 high-quality waterslide transfers. These feature legion symbols in multiple colours and sizes, along with Slaaneshi runes and script.
The kit contains 800 plastic components, supplied with 1x Citadel 60mm Round Base, 12x Citadel 40mm Round Bases, and 20x Citadel 32mm Round Bases. These miniatures require assembly and are supplied unpainted – Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints are recommended.
