More than two decades after its original debut, Memoir '44 returns in an updated edition for a new generation of players. This acclaimed World War II board game recreates some of the conflict’s most iconic battles, including Omaha Beach, Pegasus Bridge, Operation Cobra, and the Ardennes Offensive, all through fast-paced and accessible tactical gameplay.
Featuring more than 20 unique battle scenarios, Memoir '44 uses a double-sided hexagonal game board designed for both coastal invasions and countryside warfare. Every scenario reflects the historical battlefield with authentic terrain layouts, troop positions, and mission objectives. Players command their forces using specialized Command and Tactic cards, leading infantry, paratroopers, tanks, artillery, and resistance fighters in strategic combat.
The 2025 edition introduces several upgrades, including redesigned miniatures with more detailed and accurate sculpts, an improved plastic storage tray with dedicated army boxes, and additional scenarios, cards, and tokens to expand gameplay possibilities.
