Ultramar Blue 4 is a lighter tone in the five paint Ultramar Blue family. Use it to build highlights above tones 1 to 3, with tone 5 available for the lightest accents.
Warhammer Tone Pro offers concentrated pigment and smooth flow for basecoating, layering, highlighting and drybrushing. Shading Medium and Blending Medium are available separately to adapt the paint for washes, glazes and longer blending time.
