This fourth expansion for Wingspan takes players to the rich and diverse bird habitats of Mexico, Central America, South America, and the Caribbean. This vast region is home to over 3,000 bird species, including the world’s smallest wingspan (the Bee Hummingbird) and the largest (the Snowy Albatross).
Hummingbirds, which represent roughly one in ten bird species in Latin America, are known for their rapid flight and dazzling, iridescent feathers. Designer Elizabeth Hargrave, alongside artists Natalia Rojas, Ana Maria Martinez Jaramillo, and Martha Clare, spotlight these remarkable birds in this expansion through a new card type that adds fresh strategic depth and gameplay variety.
