Construction and optional painting

The Re-GZ includes its Back Weapon System, rifle, shield and beam sabers. Assemble the mobile suit and Back Weapon System separately, check the leg movement, then follow the conversion sequence for the space-fighter display. The kit uses PS and ABS parts with PE polycaps and supplied stickers.

Bandai recommends water-based paint and warns that painting ABS parts can damage them. Leave those ABS parts unpainted and keep moving joints clear. Model nippers handle the assembly; tweezers are an optional aid for stickers. Action Base 2 is sold separately.

Materials in the parts list: PS runners A, B, C, E, F and SB9; ABS runners D and G; PE PC-123 Plus polycaps.

The original recommends water-based paint and gives named ingredients without numerical H/C product codes. The water-based AK 3GEN store products below are optional approximate candidates, not manufacturer-specified paints or physically verified matches.

1. White. Approximate candidate: 3G Acrylic White AK11001. White is a named opaque water-based candidate. Exact source formulation and dried appearance are untested. Family: AK 3rd Generation. Finish/effect: matte.
2. Indy Blue. No independently supported water-based Indy Blue hue/formulation is established. A similarly named blue or inferred H/C code is not used.
3. Daytona Green. No independently supported water-based Daytona Green formulation is established. An ordinary green name is insufficient to select a specific candidate.
4. Monza Red. No independently supported water-based Monza Red candidate is established. Preserve the source name and any bilingual Monza Red / Red Madder note without inventing code equivalence.
5. Orange Yellow. Approximate candidate: 3G Acrylic Golden Yellow AK11041. Golden Yellow supplies a warm yellow-orange approximation, distinct from Orange and Yellow. Family: AK 3rd Generation. Finish/effect: matte.
