Construction and optional painting

Painting is optional. Seat the soft polycap parts carefully and use the supplied foil stickers as shown.

The optional burnt-vernier technique uses Gundam Marker and Real Touch Marker with light wiping by cotton swab or tissue. No exact marker colors or codes are specified. The six original recipes do not add a separate color for the illustrated heat-saber blade.

Optional burnt-vernier finishing tools: The original demonstrates Gundam Marker and Real Touch Marker finishing without exact color codes. No current store product is selected for those unnumbered tools. Reference only; no purchase option is selected.

The original recommends water-based paint and gives named ingredients without numerical H/C product codes. The water-based AK 3GEN store products below are optional approximate candidates, not manufacturer-specified paints or physically verified matches.

Complete original painting recipes

6 printed roles use 7 distinct named ingredients. 4 roles contain mixtures; 0 use separate paint layers. Original proportions describe the source paints. Ratios for these substitute pigments are unvalidated starting points: test and adjust a small dried sample. Unquantified additions remain unquantified. Keep undercoats and topcoats separate and let each layer dry.

1. 本体等ブルー部 / Main body blue areas: Indy Blue 100% + White small amount + Red small amount. Candidate recipe incomplete: Indy Blue has no chosen store match.
2. 本体等ライトブルー部 / Main body light-blue areas: Indy Blue 60% + White 40% + Blue small amount. Candidate recipe incomplete: Indy Blue has no chosen store match.
3. 胸部等ダークグレー部 / Chest dark-gray areas: Black 70% + White 30%.
4. 関節グレー等 / Joint gray etc.: Gray 80% + Black 20%.
5. ヒートロッド / Heat rod: Gray 100%.
6. メインカメラ / Main camera: Pink 100%.

6 mapped purchase cards and 1 disabled ingredient references cover all 7 named ingredients. Mapped cards represent 6 unique paint variants. Source-role counts are not purchase quantities. Each selected variant is added once, even if chosen for more than one source ingredient.

1. Indy Blue. No independently supported water-based Indy Blue hue/formulation is established. A similarly named blue or inferred H/C code is not used.
2. White. Approximate candidate: 3G Acrylic White AK11001. AK11001 has a matching opaque color-family sample in the manufacturer chart and current product photos. It is an approximate candidate; source formulation, pigment strength and dried appearance remain untested. Family: AK 3rd Generation. Finish/effect: matte.
3. Red. Approximate candidate: 3G Acrylic Matt Red AK11092. Matt Red supplies an opaque red candidate; matte describes the candidate, not a proven source finish. Family: AK 3rd Generation. Finish/effect: matte.
4. Blue. Approximate candidate: 3G Acrylic Deep Blue AK11182. Deep Blue supplies an opaque blue candidate, with untested depth and pigment strength. Family: AK 3rd Generation. Finish/effect: matte.
5. Black. Approximate candidate: 3G Acrylic Black AK11029. AK11029 has a matching opaque color-family sample in the manufacturer chart and current product photos. It is an approximate candidate; source formulation, pigment strength and dried appearance remain untested. Family: AK 3rd Generation. Finish/effect: matte.
6. Gray. Approximate candidate: 3G Acrylic Neutral Grey AK11018. Neutral Grey is a generic gray approximation; it does not define the distinct named Neutral Gray source as an identical formulation. Family: AK 3rd Generation. Finish/effect: matte.

Optional supplies are recommendations for the tasks described above, not manufacturer-required purchases. The AK 3GEN thinner applies only to the AK 3GEN candidates. Do not paint materials the original warns against painting. Digital color squares are browsing aids; they do not prove dried color, pigment strength, sheen, metallic reflection, transparency or a successful mixture.
