The Vallejo Weathering Effects range, have been formulated with permanent pigments and water-based acrylic resins, have been developed to represent the effects of time and weather on models and dioramas.

Brown Soot accumulates on engine bulkheads, on compartment walls, on the wheel housings of trains and underneath the carter and crankshafts from a combination of dirt, rests of engine oils and dust.
