How Does Explorers of Enteja work…
Each Weekly Episode is a part in a longer story – the Season.
Seasons are 13 Weekly Episodes, and feature an overarching Villain or plot what will be touched on lightly throughout the weeks, and culminated with the Season Finale.
Each season will also have various adventure paths, based on what Tier the players are:
Tier 1 - Level 1-4
Tier 2 - Level 5-7
Tier 3 - Level 8-10
Each season will feature a new tier of play: Season 1 only had Tier 1, Season 2 has Tier 1 and 2, while Season 3 will have Tiers 1–3, and more challenging obstacles for players to overcome.
- Tier 1 characters are your “street–level” heroes — solving local problems and thwarting the kind of villains who are up and coming.
- Tier 2 start to expand their influence and solve problems on a more large city/county scale – often facing improved vens of earlier villains or stronger new villains.
- Tier 3, we start to see events that impact entire regions and plots for total domination being foiled. All of the tiers will contribute to the same story, though.
The Big Bad may be trying to take over the world, but the cog in his machine at a local level might provide an important resource to that plan, and it’s up to our Tier 1 players to prevent that while our Tier 2 heroes are off on a larger mission.
About the setting…
A thousand years ago, humanity arrived on the shores of Azoce, braving unknown perils and challenges. The tale of their arrival remains shrouded in mystery, but their settlement on Fourth Landing marked a new chapter in the continent's history. As generations passed, alliances formed and prosperity flourished, until greed drove a wedge between the once-united races. Yet, amidst the tensions, pockets of peace endure, tenuously guarded by the vigilant Princes of Driscilla.
In Enteja Season One, a ragtag group of strangers rose to become the saviors of Enteja, foiling the plot of the duplicitous Prince Hauk. Deceiving the other two Princes of Driscilla, Hauk attempted to free a powerful elemental to take control of the city of Driscilla and the entirety of Enteja. The heroes navigated classic scenarios, including kidnappings, dungeon delving, and navigating the dangerous wilds of Enteja. They faced multiple monsters under a volcano, engaged in boat battles, fought pirate pillagers, and explored mysterious towers.
In the Season Finale, the Explorers stopped the summoning ritual, sending the elemental back to its plane, and defeating the weakened Hauk soon after. Still, some mysteries remain, and Enteja will no doubt face new problems soon. Join us for an epic adventure where adventure, magic, and heroism collide in Enteja Season 2!
Meet Our DM's...
Allison's journey in Dungeons and Dragons began with the “Red Box” in the early 1980’s where she was a DM for her friends in grade school. Over the past 40 years, she has been both a player and a DM with 5E being her favorite edition. Her style has evolved to give balance to the three main areas of play with costumes, unique destinations and old school combat maps. Allison brings huge energy and creativity to all the games she leads and will be primarily leading our Tier 1 Explorers through Season 2 of Enteja.
Jake started playing RPGs with the D&D Expert Set (Blue Box) and has played multiple editions and RPG systems ever since. He brings a lighthearted style, full of jokes and memorable role playing experiences, but he’s not afraid of some tactical crunchy combat. He believes everyone should be welcomed to the table, no matter what game is being played. Jake says, “There are no dumb questions and no such thing as a newb, just people who haven't voiced their story yet.” Jake was a DM for Season 1 of Enteja and will continue to lead our explorers who are now on the Tier 2 table.
