They reproduce dust caked onto tanks tracks, corrosion found on armor plating covering tank exteriors or wide-ranging effects caused by environmental factors, such lightening up rusted metal surfaces through a series of delicate washes.
Pigments can be applied in their dry form, directly by brush on the model adhere well with Thinner when used to portray dirty and dusty surfaces like dirt and muck accumulated onto a surface. Pigment Binder is also available for use if one desires an even more full volume of pigment, as in the case of mud that has built up over time. Painting tools are cleaned with water afterward so there won't be any residual pigmentation left behind from previous projects at your fingertips!
