One of the best feelings we get is when a new customer walks in and says, “Wow! I can’t believe you are here!” That’s often followed by them walking in back and exclaiming, “Oh wow! PAINT!” Makes our day, every time.

This week we added nearly the full line of Tamiya sprays and aircraft sprays and got it on the floor in our super duper DIY rack! Those familiar with the Tamiya rack will note this isn’t exactly that, but with rack supply problems persisting, we didn’t want anyone to have to wait to get what they needed.

We now carry Tamiya, Vallejo, Scale75, Reaper, and Citadel paints! We know it’s important for you to have access to what you need for your projects and there is nothing we love more than bringing in a new line. Even though we don't have all the brands yet, we have easy access to virtually every line of hobby and model paints, so let us know what you need and we can typically haul it in for you the same week!

We are also working on several new projects like a much requested new department coming next week (want to guess what it will be??), and a couple miniature painting events coming soon. We have been nominated for a community “Best Of North Hays County” award (see details below to vote for us) and we are continuing to lay the groundwork for our e-commerce site. All in all, a great week!

Finally, our Rachael turns SEVENTEEN on Saturday. Being a teenager in a pandemic and helping your family start a business probably wouldn’t have been her first choice in life (haha!), but Rachael has a great attitude when she’s working in the store plus a lot of creative talent.
