We have the BEST customers!

I mean, SERIOUSLY.

People volunteer their time, freely share their expertise, recommend great products, and genuinely show they believe in us and want LionHeart Hobby to succeed. We cannot begin to start naming names or we will surely leave someone out, but we do have to give a special thank you to our customer, Paul Trupia who volunteered his time on a Friday evening to help us re-organize our games.

It's no secret that our small space is a challenge for us. We now have well over 3,000 products in a small space and we bring in more each week. Our newsletter reflects SOME of what is new in the store, but not all of it. We also try to highlight many products on our social media channels, but with so much we cannot possibly share every detail with you. Some, you just have to come in to see.

And that's why it's so important to us that we organize our store in a way that makes sense and feels good when you are shopping. If you haven't stopped by in awhile, it's a great time to come back. We work to make it a little new each week. And thanks to Paul, the game sections are a lot more intuitive now. Thanks so much, Paul!!

Much of what we do is anticipating what our customers will want to see in the store but for some very popular items, we rely on pre-orders. We are starting to show you more options on Facebook for pre-orders and encourage you to keep your eyes out. When our new website launches, we will have a central place for you to look which will make it easier for everyone. Really looking forward to that!

Finally this week, because we are still so new, our allotments for extremely popular collectible card games like Pokémon and Magic The Gathering are limited by our distributors. We expect this to change over time, but for now, it's important that you reach out to us if you want any drafts as our supplies are limited. We are opening new supply channels but the pre-orders for this new release was due a couple months ago and we had no idea at that time how popular this would be!

Finally, We want to let you know that we have decided we will close on Tuesdays. We need one day a week set aside for our family and catch up on some administrative work. We continue to stay open the other six days, though! Thanks for understanding!
