Precision Polystyrene Cement is a solvent-based cement suitable for plastic model kits only. It's low viscosity allows for precision delivery of fine amounts of adhesive.
Common plastics in plastic model kits include ABS and polystyrene. This adhesive works by melting the plastic at the point of application and 'welding' the two glued pieces of plastic together for a strong bond.
Apply directly to plastic model kits, utilizing a very thing tube to deliver the adhesive sparingly to small areas. Leave to dry from 20 minutes(surface dry) to 1 hour(fully dry). Dry time will vary according to ambient humidity and temperature.
Adhesive is permanent once dry, but prior to fully drying you can re-dissolve the adhesive using Liquid Poly or more Poly cement.
